Since graduating from Falmouth College of Arts in 2001, Serena has been working as a professional children's book illustrator for a variety of Publishers including Houghton Mifflin, Simon & Schuster, Oxford University Press, Franklin Watts and Pearson Education.
Her style emanates a sense warmth and dreaminess with an element of a dark, fairytale world. She generally paints in acrylic, but has been known to use digital media for some of her work.
Serena's most recent proud moments include illustrating the stories 'The Answer' and 'Leon the Lonely Chameleon' which aired on the Cbeebies' Driver Dan's Story Train series.
